10/10 Currently Knee Deep into Fish
Today we had two of the island current fleet vessels out all reporting back with phenomenal daytime Chunking and local bottom fishing for porgies blackfish and Seabass.
Captain Dan aboard the island current II had an excellent day with his private charter of Caroline S from Scarsdale, New York. Her son enjoyed his 14th birthday while the entire party were bent up with bluefish.
Captain Scott called into report the island current III that there was a tremendous amount of plump and juicy Seabass hitting the decks today and blackfish up to 8 1/2 pounds and loads of porgies.
A very nice crowd of anglers enjoyed filling up the coolers. Great to see long time regular Leon out again with his group from PA.
We will have all three of the boats out again tomorrow so please come on down for the 8 am mixed bag bottom fish extravaganza.
