10/12 ISLAND CURRENT II: On the Meat
Today Captain Mike aboard the island current 2 called into report yet another stellar day of local bottom fishing in the western Long Island sound. The day can only be described as amazing. Talk about mixed bag of sea bass, porgies, weakfish, striped bass and blackfish. Today, the full boat of anglers really got an opportunity to see what a great run of fish we have been experiencing in the western Long Island sound.
The Island Current III has made its northern venture and will be set to sail in its winter berth on 10/22 from snug harbor marina for BLACKFISH.
