10/28 Night Fishing aboard ISLAND CURRENT & IC2Captain Billy had the pleasure of running the trip for our construction charter last night in the Highwinds and ferocious night bite. The small private charter enjoyed The comfort of the island current as Captain Billy and first mate Anthony put on a show as the rods were bending most of the night.
Captain Lynn was also out aboard the island current 2 with yet another private charter from Manhattan. They enjoyed the trip and it was great seeing old friends.
The weather this morning is absolutely beautiful as all boats both in city Island and Rhode Island are out on the grounds!
We are sailing tonight at 6:30 aboard the island current 2 for bluefish and striped bass. There is plenty of availability.
Sunday morning’s trip in city Island is all sold out. There is limited space available aboard the IC3 in Rhode Island so it is important to book online at island current.com.
Here is a quick snapshot of the great fishing in the Rhode Island waters. Capt Scott this morning already landing a huge tog in the teens. Official weight will be calculated upon our return.
