5/4 Island Current II & III…Flounder & Striped Bass…City Island, NY

Capt. Dan called in to report steady Flounder action on the back bays. Warm weather and plump fat flounders flying over the rail. Several nice double headers coming over the rail.

Capt. Scott reported that the night trips have been off to a great start with a good showing of fish each night and things will only improve with the continued warm weather. Loads of bait in the area with hungry striped bass on the prowl.
