5/27 ISLAND CURRENT III…Local Porgy Fishing… City Island, NY

Capt. Scott reported a slow morning in very nasty, wet, & rough conditions.  However, things only gradually improved as the day went on with anglers getting into the fish. It took a little longer but was lock and load as the buckets and coolers got filled up.
