11/16 Capt. Danny Scores Big on Striped Bass…Island Current II, City Island NYCaptain Dan called in to report yet another spectacular day of western Long Island sound jig fishing for keeper size striped bass. Our good friend Mr. kilsong from jig n Pop came down to field-test his new line of fishing rods. We we had a full boat limit of keeper size striped bass and we’re back to the dock early in the day.
Captain Dan looks forward to seeing everyone tomorrow morning as the island current II will be ready to set sail at 8 AM for striped bass. We supply all of our custom diamond jigs at no additional cost.
