Tuesday, 2/7 Codfish Limit Aboard ISLAND CURRENT III…Snug Harbor, RI The Island Current III had an early departure and was the first vessel to arrive on the grounds. It did not take captain Scotty long to hone in on the fish. Once the vessel was securely anchored and the skimmers started cracking the fish were chewing. Needless to say it was LIGHTS OUT FISHING!
Everyone on board were limited out and we arrived home early at around 10:45 am with a good crowd of anglers all with smiling faces.
As mentioned in previous reports RESERVATIONS ARE A MUST! We had several customers who did not make a reservation and were left at the dock because they didn’t receive to early departure schedule.
