CHARTER CONTRACT
Our charters require the following deposit to secure the desired date. At the time of booking a credit card authorization will also be required.
IC & IC3 –> $500 deposit required
SUPER CURRENT ——-> $1000 deposit required
Island Current Fishing Fleet must receive a deposit within 10 days after the charter date was selected. If a deposit is not received within this time, the charter date will be canceled. Deposits are non-refundable unless notified two months in advance prior to the charter. Any charters canceled 10 days before the scheduled date will be subject to full payment charges. The remainder of any balance due is required on the day of the charter, in cash, company check, money order, or credit card, prior to sailing. It is customary for the crew to receive a 20% gratuity for their services; this is not included in the price of the charter and should be given to the Captain and/or First Mate.
Island Current Fishing Fleet will give its customers as much notice as possible for canceling a charter due to conditions such as bad weather or mechanical failure, however, the captain may cancel or modify a charter due to any unforeseen condition or event that arises at the dock or during the charter. If Island Current Fishing Fleet finds it necessary to cancel a charter on a sailing day, the charter can be rebooked or if not possible, will be refunded in full.

Most charters leave at about 8:00 AM and return back to the dock between 3:00PM or 4:00PM.
Evening Charters depart at 6:30 PM and return at 12:30 AM
