Captain Scott Dec 4th reported Great day of weather & fishing for the awesome charter that booked and we’re looking for a mixed bag. The 1st drop provided everyone on board with double header Seabass and within 45min a boat limit of Seabass up to 6 1/2lbs. We then concentrated or efforts for the Cod and the 2nd drop of the day didn’t disappoint anyone boating 30+ cod along with porgys, monkfish, weakfish, blues, ling, hake and even a flounder it was a super mix bag. We moved 45min to the east to change the area,trying to dial in on some larger Cod. BINGO with a handful of double headers and at least 15cod over 15lbs and 5more over 20lbs. The boat ended up with 75+ keeper Cod for the day. There were a few Limits of Cod and quite a few ppl with 6-8 keeper Cod as well. Pool fish today was a 24lb Cod. Please call ahead, the boat will be sailing for blacks/Cod. Weather looks great for tomorrow.
