Today, 2/12 Capt. James reported a slow morning bite of cod fish grounds. Some drifts were ok but nothing like we having been seeing in the past trips. Capt. James decided tp make a bold move to tne east and made the day but putting in a lot of over tome but tbe rods were bending. There is lots of bait in the area and there seems to be a big body of cod. Here are some highlights of Wednesday`s notable catches Victor and Rob were high hook with 18 cod and a bunch of ling and Chris from NJ had 8 keepers and a mess of kings.
As of this writing, we are gearing up to be sailing for the weekend and will be keeping a very close eye on the weather. There is plenty of room so please feel free to just come down and pay aboard the boat but please do call Capt. Chris to confirm sailing and times.
