CODFISHING Update for Thursday & Friday
Ca. Scott reported a picky day of CODFISHING on Thursday by what he has seen in the past five trips. There was fish on every drop and the quality of the fish remain excellent. Hi hook for the day was regular Ed from CT with 6 nice green cod. Most others had 3 to 5 cod apiece.
On Friday, Ca. Scott and the crew of the IC FLEET had a private charter oard the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III. The action improved greatly and the fishing was back on the upswing. They crew worked hard chumming and getting the fish going and at days end it was a good trip. There were a few limits caught oard the boat today and most anglers were rewarded with lots of tasty green winter cod.
The weather forecast at the moment looks SUPER for Monday and Tuesday. We have plenty of room. Please note if you are ticket holder for either Sat., or Sun., trip and wish to reschedule for Mon. Or Tues., please just contact the office and they will make the changes.
We will be sailing Mon., & Tues., . at 5 AM. There has been plenty of room now that were are using the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III, which is equipped with a full galley, cushioned interior seating, and large spacious heated cin.
