Capt. James skipper of the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III reported an amazing day of wreck fishing. There were lots of SEA BASS, COD, LING, and even a few nice Pollock rounding out the catch. First Mate Vinny from City Island was up running a sea bass clinic with fish up to 5 1/2 pounds.
Capt. Scott aboard the 65` ISLAND CURRENT EXPRESS (private charter) reported a slower day with Sea Bass and Ling making up most of the catch. A few cod were caught but not in the numbers of the previous trip.
We are sailing Sat., 12/28 & Sun., 12/29 for COD & SEA BASS. There is plenty of room and good fishing.
