Island Current Friday September 23 Report

9/23 Full Fleet Out with Great Catches
9/23 today the entire island current fleet reports solid action in the western Long Island sound. It was mostly stop, drop, and stick fishing throughout most of the day with many anglers limiting out.
We will be sailing this evening at 6:30 PM for bluefish and striped bass. Last evening’s trip with Captain Billy at the helm was a Huge success as many anglers were carrying off burlap full’s of jumbo bluefish up to 15 pounds.
please note we are sold out for Saturday morning but open aboard the IC3 Saturday night and Sunday morning.
Come on down to city Island and experience some of the best fall fishing in the western Long Island sound. Day or night Island current… Does it Right!!!
