Today, Mon., 12/12/11 the ISLAND CURRENT II was chartered o privately on an beaiful day. Calm seas, good fishing and a good time had by all. Jimmy from Flushing, Queens was hi-hook for the day. Super sea bass fishing with porgies & codfish. We experimented alittle today and saw some more nice cod come over the rail. Pool fish was not huge in the low teens b overall nice fish. We did hit a dew spots and were attacked savagely by the dogs. Everyone went home with plenty of mixed bag fish which provide some of the finest eating fish.
The ISLAND CURRENT II can be chartered o privately for $1,500 for up to 12 passengers; $100 each additional person. All bait, tackle, rods & reels, are provided FREE on all trips. The weekend weather report looks excellent and we do have availility on the weekend for private charters as well as open boat space oard the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III. All trips are departing at 5 AM daily.
