Island Current III January 7th Report

Island Current III Captain Scott January 7th reports a sold day of Cod fishing with a half dozen Anglers limiting out today. The rest of the boat had between 4-7keepers high hooks for the day was Kenny from RI with 25 cod (orl).pete from CT had 18 Cod (orl).Mike (aka red) from Freeport had 20 Cod (orl),Patty dukes from upstate had 18 Cod everyone only retaining limit. jigs out fished the bait today. There was tons of bait in area today mackerel, herring and even a few squid found there way into the coolers. We were even lucky enough to share the area with a few whales today as they seem to enjoy the perfect weather conditions as much as everyone on board. We will be ready to set sail again tomorrow at 5am. Walk on are welcomed.
