Capt. Scott reported a phenomenal day of spring Codfishing aboard the ISLAND CURRENT III. Capt. Scott reported a full boat limit as anglers were arm weary and headed back to the barn early with a full boat limit of fresh juicy codfish.

Sean Endres from ct took with a cod just shy of the 20 pound mark. Sean had 22 keepers (orl). We had Wayne Pinder from NJ leading the hi hook department with 24 keepers (orl). Then we had Erik & his wife who we loaded up with their limit of cod.
Capt. Scott was ecstatic at the piles of bait and massive reading of codfish. It didn’t matter today as the cod were eating everything jigs & bait. There were at least 50 double headers today.
We are not sailing Easter Sunday and would like to wish all of our friends and families a happy Easter.
