Island Current Tuesday May 17 Report

Capt James reported another day of super porgy fishing. The porgy fishing right now is nothing short of spectacular. From the time we anchored and the time we blew 3 horns to go home the porgies were flying into the boat. Again the pool fish was right around the 4lb mark. We ended up with an easy full boat limit. There’s a big body of scup taking hold in the western sound so now is the time to take advantage of some of the best scup fishing of the year. Come fill up the freezer crowds have been light so there’s plenty of room. We are sailing daily at 8am don’t miss out!!!!!
