Today, 1/29, Ca Brendan was at the helm of the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III. The morning was a bit blustery as it was blowing hard o of the west. We had a wonderful crew of die hards who ke to the rail most of the day and managed to p a decent catch together in less than ideal conditions. The boat anchored and chummed and worked several different areas tougho the trip.
By the days end Ca. Brendan did another fine job of catching fish for his crew. High hook was 6 fish and pool fish was 12 pounds. Most guys had 4 to 5 cod apiece. Ca. Brendan also mentioned that they had a shot of pollock and boated 11 beaies on one drop.
