Captain Scott sailed with a good crowd of anglers on our 8am porgy open boat ready to take advantage of the red hott porgy bite and all was rewarded with all on board easily catching there limits.
Captain Dan sailed on the ic2 private charter and reported pretty much the same as porgy fishing is at its best right now. All on board easily caught there limits with so much fish on board everyone was throughing in back 2 lb porgys to fight another day.
Night fishing turned on with the bluefish moved in big time. From start to finish the blues was all over the boat with some stripers up to 25lbs mixed in.
