12/19 Big Codfish Aboard ISLAND CURRENT III…Snug Harbor, RI

Yesterday Capt. Scott reported some extremely good fishing in some nautical conditions. The boat had its full boat limit of Black Sea bass, loads of porgies, and Plenty of COD and THE SIZE WAS “EYE POPPING!”

Capt. Scott has been on the fish as he has been able to precisely anchor over the mother load. There is tons of bait in the area.

Here are some highlights of yesterday’s excursion…

Highhook 9 cod , limit of Seabass & porgys John (lefty)

Vinny from NJ took the pool with an impressive 34lb cod.

We had a dozen fish over 25lbs

John Lefty represented again with his impressive hi hooks for his second day in a row.
