2/3 Codfishing Island Current III Style…Capt. Scotty Finds ‘Em…Snug Harbor, RI

Capt. Scott was greeted with a wonderful turn out of loyal die-hard anglers eager to wet the lines in quest of the winter kings!  We don’t read the reports…We make the reports being the only fishing boat on the grounds today the ISLAND CURRENT III was able to dial-in to the cod. With lots of limits and many other anglers dangerously close to their limit… hi-hook was Steven S from New York with 17 Keepers.  Lots of double headers today as the weather, although cold was a picturesque day.  Today, the cod were honed in on the fresh clams and didn’t want to touch the jig.  At the Island Current Fleet there is no fluff factor or recycled pictures just pure production and effort!
