11/29 Rainy Day Tog Aboard Island Current III…10.8 pounder hitting the deck…Snug Harbor, RICaptain Chris reported in that we were all pleasantly surprised by the good turn out of anglers this morning despite the less then ideal weather conditions. The sea conditions were 5 to 8 foot, and the wind was out of the SSE all day with gust over 30 knots. Fishing was definitely off today as Captain Scott tried some different areas but at day’s end it was a valiant effort. Highlight of the day was the 10.8 pound pool winner. The larger fish didn’t want to chew today. There was lots of short action and more and more cod are moving their way into the area.
Everyday is different in the fishing world and the only way to be certain of how the fishing will be is to actually go fishing. We will be sailing tomorrow 11/30 at 5 am for blackfish.

Monday, 12/5 is out last 50/50 Blackfish trip of the season. Cost is $200 per person, 25 passenger limit.
