Today, 1/11/13 Ca. Scott left Snug Harbor Marina oard the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III with a light group of anglers on an amazingly mild and calm day. The fishing today was SUPERB! The boat had a FULL BOAT limit with lots of nice green cod. The anglers today had fish both on bait and on jigs; however, we did see larger fish in the afternoon aggressively inhaling the “iron clam.” Our vessels are fully STOCKED with fresh skimmer clams & chum!!!!
The next few days looks like the weather is finally going to break as both of the vessels will be ready to sail at 5 am for winter cod. We have plenty of room on the open boat oard the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III with no crowding and our limited load boat the 50` ISLAND CURRENT II has plenty of room the next two days.
