Sweet Saturday Cod 2/11
Today 2/11 both the 50` ISLAND CURRENT II & 76″ ISLAND CURRENT III taking advantage of the beaiful morning and bending the rods on both of the IC FLEET`s boats. Ca. James set sail with a light crowd of anglers who enjoyed steady “ONE STOP SHOPPING” from start to finish. The boat caught a full boat limit and was back to the barn by early afternoon. Some highlights of today`s trip included Duke Brewster 22 keepers (ORL), Jose R., from Brooklyn, NY 18 keepers (ORL), Jeff G., 14 keepers (ORL) from Salisbury, NY and Keith H., from CT`s group had a combined 52 keepers. Pool fish honors went to Tommy F., with a 22 pound pollock.
Ca. Brendan was o oard the 50` ISLAND CURRENT II and reported a very good day of codfishing with close to a full limit on board. Bob T., from CT and his group of 13 anglers did very well with pool fish going 15 pounds.
