Saturday, 2/18 both the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III & 50` ISLAND CURRENT II were o on the cod grounds. It was a tough day of codfishing overall. Everyone tried their best with chumming and making numerous drops b it just never materialized. The weather in the morning was a little bumpy b then it calmed down nicely by the afternoon.
The private charter for Steve S. from MA faired better because of the smaller group. Ca. Paul worked hard and managed to p a catch together so the entire group went home with fish.
Both Ca. Scott & Ca. Brendan are o again today in this unbelievele weather stretch. We will report back later this afternoon on the day`s events.
