President`s Day COD 5 AM

Sunday, 2/19 Ca. Brendan called into the office that the morning bite was OK b then slowed up a bit to a slow pick. It was then in the late afternoon that he reported “he found the fish” and was going into extra innings as Jim S. and crew from CT were into the fish. Ca. Brendan was very enthusiastic o the late day action and looks forward to seeing his private charter bright and early tomorrow morning.
Ca. Scott reported a tough trip oard the ISLAND CURRENT III. We had a full boat of customers from various states of CT, RI, NJ, NY, PA, MA, and ME. With the slow day of fishing we had on Saturday, Ca. Scott decided to do some exploration to the east with very limited success. There were numerous drops today and drifts with just limited fish showing up and not enough to please the large crowd. High hook was Mario R., from MA with 4 keepers. Besides some cod being caught there were some ling, pollock, and ocean po. A great group of fisherman today b the bite never followed tough.
