ISLAND CURRENT FLEET: OPEN BOAT & PRIVATE CHARTERS
The local porgy fishing remains very good. Today, Ca. John oard the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III reported a solid bite especially in the stern of the boat and aft sion. With the strong current the stern had the advantage today. Many limits being caught and pool fish running close to 4 pounds.
Ca. Danny was enthusiastic o his oing oard the 50` ISLAND CURRENT II. The local scos on City Island were all eager and enjoyed their day on the water reeling in the Jumbo Porgies.
Our day time charters and evening open boat trips have experienced superb chunking for striped bass & blues and at times during the day we have been diamond jigging when necessary.
We are sailing daily at 6:30 PM as an open boat and PRIVATE CHARTERS are availle seven days or nights a week.
