Today, 1/28 Ca. James was skipper of the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III departing Snug Harbor at 5 am. We had the great pleasure of fishing with the crew from Falmoh, Cape Cod. Here are some of the notele catches on the IC3 today. Erik Jackson from Burlin, CT won the pool with a 34 pounder. Erik & Fishcounter Bob had a combined 27 keepers, Grafting Briggs from Falmoh had his limit of cod up to 16 pounds, Chester Anderson from Falmoh, MA had 15 (orl), and Matt F. And Charles G had 20 cod uo 21 pounds, Jeff Fallenl from Burham, MA had 14 cod (orl) along with te pollock and numerous ling.
Ca. Scott called into to say that the IC2 limited load was very successful with lots of big fish. There were several fish in the 30 pound class and a nice variety of large green cod. There were large concentrations of bait tougho the entire trip.
The ISLAND CURRENT FLEET is fully stocked with the freshest skimmer clams and plenty of shell bait to keep the cod under the boat.
There has been plenty of room now that were are using the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III, which is equipped with a full galley, cushioned interior seating, and large spacious heated cin.
