Thursday, 3/15 CODFISHING
Today, 3/15 both boats were o on the cod grounds. Ca. Brendan was at the helm oard the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III. The morning bite was picky and after making several drops with not much happening, Ca. Brendan decided to do some exploring. The cod that he found were of much better quailty with pool fish going 21 pounds. There was a good amount of ling also adding to the catch. Today, we had some super LING FISHING MIXING INTO THE CATCH.
Ca. Paul reported that the codfish improved for him today. Today`s group headed by Paul L., from RI were a great group of guys that were bending the rods most of the day. Cod, Ling, & Ocean Po.
