Today, Ca. Scott was at the helm of the 76` ISLAND CURRENT III and reported a slow pick of larger cod. The fishing was not the orageous fishing from yesterday, b that is fishing. The light crowd of anglers enjoyed some fine local winter CODFISHING. Leading the way in the high hook department was Caesar R., from Sheepshead Bay,NY with 17 fishing with some ling added in as a bonus (orl), Ge D., from Bronx, NY walked away with 5 keeper cod, and Wally R., from Cranston RI had 6 keepers. Today, everyone went home with nice codfish fillets and enjoyed some quality fish being catch.
There will be no trips the next few days with the approaching storm. We will begin sailing as soon as mother nature allows. For weather updates or private charter information please call Ca. Cis dirly at 917.417.7557.
